General Overview
This extremely small confederacy is composed entirely of elves operating on the shadowy side of the law. Mostly, the members of Dark Leaf hire themselves out as mercenary agents for some of the major criminal interests, such as the Balacazars or Killraven.
Position in Current Events
Dark Leaf is busier than usual. There is no shortage of work for the criminal underworld right now but other than ensuring elven rights they are taking no stance on any current issue.
