General Overview
Gangs control the Warrens. The larger more prominent among them have the backing of various individuals within the criminal hierarchy. The largest gang of all, the Pale Dogs, is led by a mysterious man known only as Jirraith.
Position in Current Events
The Pale Dogs have severed their ties with the Balacazars after the death of Menon. They sought to grow in strength but now that the Sisterhood of Silence is patrolling the Warrens they have been unable to do much of anything. It is thought that Jirraith is seeking to ally with the Killraven crime league.
